You said you smoke and drink alot. I am a drinker and I used to be a smoker (quit for 3 months now) and i was wondering, do you take the pills on days that you go drinking? If im going out to the bar can I still take Wonderup or should I skip it (even if I'm suppose to take it at a certain time everyday?)
