Will it still be effective with space in between days?

I haven't yet bought wonderup although planning to as it seems a wonderful, concrete alternative to gaudy, vulgar implants (great that it works in harmony with your body, not at all invasive). I was just wondering if I must take the pills regularly or if I may take them with space in between so as to prolong the bottle. It is unlikely I would do this, probable that it would dim effect or at least speed of effect. Also, should I take them at the same time each day and should I massage before or after. Advice on how to massage, which technique shall reap the most benefits.
