If they were making everyone shower after gym they would have kids refusing to do it and getting parents involved, worries about the instructor being accused of getting a sexual thrill off of seeing the kids (of the same gender) naked. We live in a country that fears nudity and all this repression manifests in 2 ways. It makes some so shy about the body the don't even want to be seen naked by anyone under any circumstances. It makes others into exibitionists who's natural desire to be less covered can only be expressed through sexuality. Heck some people don't even like being seen naked by a lover. I once read an artical in Cosmo (yes I read cosmo when I was a teen) about things to do to spice up a love life they mentioned going naked from the bed to the shower in the morning or with the lights on. They said if you weren't brave enough to do that yet, wrap a bedsheet around and just let your boobs show. Bare in mind that they are talking about being nudity shy infront of a person you just made LOVE to, apparently with the lights off.
