Saline for sure, but the bags are probably silastic. I don't believe there are health problems related to silastic (silicone) bags.
I did not say she is no longer attractive, but I meant she was probably more attractive before the implants. A woman with enhanced breasts can almost look like a caricature; remember Pamela Anderson before she had her implants removed? I don't know if you saw Fear Factor this week, but there was a contestant with a chest that was way too big and it made her look almost like a caricature.
