If someone is topfree and causing problems then they should be kicked out for whatever problems they are causing and not because they are topfree and should be told that if they can just behave themselves that they can remain and dont have to leave. I think people should be able to be topfree but should still have the same expectations placed on them that youd place on a clothed individual. I wouldve just asked that man to not act in such an offensive manner and not show off as much and just act normal.
