Maybe ask her when she plans to wear three bras, and how many are too many...
More seriously, my guess would be that friends, or girls she respects/wants to like her have badmouthed her sisters (or others) for being brafree, and she's just trying to avoid being on the "loser list" of these girls - that might mean overcompensating to avoid "guilt by association".
If so, chances are she knows quite well what they think of the topic, and knows quite well how to fit in - whether you think she should care, or whether those type of friends are worth it or not, they're still her friends and she wants to belong.
I can't think of anything that would make her change her mind - not logically, at least. Be glad she's not also smoking to "fit in" (but check her clothes for cigarette smell anyway).
The only thing I can suggest is funny stories about it. Make it seem fun. Talk about odd reactions, or unexpected exposures, or whatever. Yours, others you know, in messages you've read, and so on... One poster mentioned hanging Christmas decorations from her nipple rings, which is cool, and Kelli's given us her experience with a co-worker's "hands-first" collision with her at her workplace...
Anyway, I think she's already taking the idea too seriously to change her mind by being even more serious about the subject...
