I have the same problem at the resturant where I work. The GM is pretty good about it, and he usually gets a lot of stuff talkied about him behind his back for not letting people take smoke breaks often. I personally agree with him; why should I have to pick up their slack because they are addicted to nicotine? He's a non smoker and has no sympathy of them either. The asst manager does smoke is is always letting people go out back to smoke.
