As I have stated in earlier posts my wife is a breast cancer survivor. She had total reconstructive surgery. That means she not only had the breast mound made but also the aerola and nipple. However, many women who go through reconstructive surgery decide not to have the last stage of surgery performed. That is the making of the nipple and aerola. They just want the cleavage. My question is. Would it be legal for a woman to go topless that has had her breasts removed? Also what if she did have a breast reconstruction but did not go through with the surgery that forms the nipples and aerola?
