In a word...work! I am working a lot and when not at work I am driving to pick up my kids from school. By the time I get to that part of the day where I might go topfree I am usually so tired that I forget to think about it anymore. I need a free day to do something top free, don't I? Like, maybe on my poor lonely bike?
