Response to Working people

Being a woman in a man's world --- construction being traditionally done by men --- I would want to keep a low profile and do my job well to prove that I belong there. why do I say that? Because there are still many men, both foreman types and crew, who don't want women on the job site, and don't feel they should be there, period. they don't think a woman can do the job and they will have to carry the weight for her. My concern would be that I make sure to always hold up my end, get the work done, and never attract undue attention to myself. Taking off my shirt would be a huge mistake.
