A little experiment, please: Go to a club frequented by twenty-somethings and see the reactions you get. Just a chat room with similar-aged people, and let them know your real age, and see the reactions you get.
I'll tell you what will happen: Rejection . . . "EEWWW!" responses, as if you were a leper and asking for skin contact. This is the general reaction of the young, not the exception. Of course, we were no different as young people . . . the "old" were clueless, uptight, couldn't possibly understand us young folks, lived in an age that is "done-and-gone" and has (they think) nothing to do with present day (whenever that is) realities.
That attitude doesn't make young people of any given generation "bad people". It makes them typical of their age.
