You and I don't know each other, so I don't know what you have discussed with Nat, but I get the gist, just by what you have stated here...
First....this ISN'T a Muslim country. I would never be in Saudi, so that isn't even a good argument here, or in the UK, or Canada, or any other free country where this forum is read.
Second...I do respect the rules where I live, and in Texas there is no law prohibiting a woman from going topless, except in Texas State Parks, where they have a discriminating ordinance prohibiting female nipples from showing, but men's are okay.
Next...where I wrote about going topfree was while swimming. I wasn't going to the bank, a restaurant, or to the store. I wasn't even mowing a lawn....but if I were, it is my right to do so topfree, in TEXAS! if I wanted to, mow a lawn, that is.
