Response to Pretty good argument

Indeed, I am a a proud and affirmed atheist!

Science has an explanation for many things but, at a given stage, not for everything. What is not yet explained by science is what the vulgus pecum calls miracles, and gets into religious fantasies.

Here is what I understand from what I read from various scientific sources the creation of the world. There was originally a big mass of or a big amount of energy (which is the same), then there was the Big Bang, somewhere around 15 billion years ago. Everything exploded, molecules started to form, and stellar objects such as stars, and later planets were created. All of this took a while to steel down. ANd later life appeared from a combination of molecules. And this life evolved from very simple pieces of DNA to single cell beings, and later in vegetal, animals, and at the very end humans.

Of course, questions like:
Where did the original matter come from?
What happened before the BIg Bang?
What made the BIg Bang happen?
etc....
remain unanswered. At least with the current stage of scientific research. Calling this God is a short word for unexplained stuff. But I hardly see any relation with any cult, or any clergy.

As Brandon said, we understand an endless time, but have more difficulties understanding a beginless time. Why not consider the existence of this amount of matter / energy existed since a beginless (infinite) time?

I'm not sure you're happy with my response......
