Any correlation with the average income level? Or poverty level? Or lower education levels?
Last times I've been to the US, a while ago I admit, I've been to New York City and San Francisco. I know it's not a true representation of the country. You don't see 30% overweight people in Manhattan, or downtown San Francisco.
