Yes, and it's a good thing because conventional toilets do require frequent repairs since the parts are submerged in water all the time which leads to corrosion, mineral built-up, and deterioration of rubber and plastic seals and gaskets.
But I've never called a plumber and have manage to keep my toilets working myself.
Mom is very proud of me. I can fix computers, 30-KW TV transmitters and toilets.
