Records are being set all over the place in the northern states from Nebraska over to Ohio. We haven't had a stretch of warm weather like this, consecutive days and at this time of year, since records started to be kept. Mid-March and day after day of highs near and above 80 degrees. At 6:30 yesterday morning, it was mid-60's where I am, and 70 degrees over in Indiana. That is mid-summer temps here. As we have said, it has to make one wonder just how hot the summer will be this year. We could see widespread drought in a few months.
