Female breasts are seen every so often on television here in France, at large audience times (8.30 pm), and with no particular warning. Topless is accepted on all beaches in France, although the majority of topless women tend to be over 40 rather than under 20. And there are nude beaches in many areas.
In Spain, nudity is technically allowed everywhere. But, most people won't get naked on most beaches. There are nude beaches, where most people are naked. And topless is done on all beaches. Nudity in streets in Barcelona has only been prohibited last year, which raised lots of opposition.
In Italy, you see bare chests in the press everyday, or so. I mean the general public press, the Corriere de la Sera can be compared to the New York Times.
And you know what, Brandon? The society does not fall apart. People behave normally. And there is less sexual issues, assaults and the like than in the repressed United States.
