It is the same as what I said...the law is in place, but no one takes advantage of it. Why...because for the one or two women who would go topfree there are probably twenty at any given time in that locale who would trash her with their words and spit upon her. What woman wants to go through that? The difficulty is that there are so few of us who wish freedom in the United States and we haven't found each other to be able to rally together... for there is safety in numbers. |
