FRANKLIN — A Franklin man wanted on three felony charges was brought down by his own pants Sunday night.
Terry Lee Collins, 20, was allegedly attempting to flee from police when his pants fell to his knees and caused him to trip, according to Franklin police.
He was apprehended where he fell on the porch of a house on Thirkield Avenue when police found him after responding to a tip from the public, police said.
Collins was not injured and was taken to Warren County Jail, where he is being held on a $8,500 bond and $1,469 in fines, police said. He will appear in Franklin Municipal Court at 3 p.m. Tuesday on two counts of theft, three counts of theft of drugs and failure to pay fines.
