  • 95 Millenia strange noise from timing belt cover

      When I first start the car, especially when it's chilly outside I hear a loud vibrating or rubbing noise in or around the timing belt cover. It only seems to make this vibrating sound between 1500 and 2200 rms. It seems to be getting progressively worse.

      Does anyone know what it is or how to fix it?
