hey everyone hope you can help have a 86 mazda b2000 and it didnt have door lock on driver side so i went and bought the new door lock set then the spring broke on the return for the door lock so i bought a new door lock mech after replacing the entire inner door i still can only lock the door with a key but it wont unlock i dont believe there could be any missing pieces being ive replaced everything in the door but when you go to lock it it locks perfect when you go to unlock it it however the lock acts as if there is something wrong in the travel back not sure how else to explain it but after a few hundred dollars and still no progress starting to really loose hope for this can anyone out there help me please
