Go to www.spoilers.com/ge/mazprot95.htm This is the only site that I know of that has a 98 Protege Body Kit. It looks pretty cool and I was even thinking about having this kit altered to fit my 2000 protege. Sorry for the late reply, but I just seen your message today.
