Engine oil is turning milky and water in radiator is also getting pretty slimey. I replaced head gasket and all looked well for about 4 miles.
Engine runs fine,no white smoke. Need help.

I had the same exact problem with a 84 celica. The problem was a plastic guard that goes around the timing belt broke, so the metal timing belt kept rubbing against the the metal engine block. It eventually wore a small groove in the metal and it allowed the higher pressure water get in the oil system. Mech. said it was head gasket, replaced it and when I was driving home, same problem happened... Goood luck

My first guess would have been the head gasket, but you said you replaced it, if the cylinder head is warped which is very likely the head gasket will not seal for very long.

Water/oil mixing is a common sign of head gasket problem. Is the engine temp OK? Might start overheating eventually.

ok first things first
1.when u got the head gasket replaced did the mechanic check to see if the head was warped??
2.did he do a perssure test on the head to see if there was any cracks??.
what u can do is get a sniffer, what u do is remove ur radiator cap and while the engine is running place the sniffer onto where the cap would go that checks for Co2 fumes if the water turns from blue to yellow u have another blown head gasket.
