Whenever I start my car and it is fully warmed, it idles at about 700 RPM ( is this normal). The car sometimes stalls and shuts off especially at stoplights. I have had to start putting the car in park and revving the engine when I am stopped at a light. Do I just need to adjust the idle and if so how do I do that?

the problem could be a vacum hose lose or leaking or pedel get stuck under the hood
