Anyone know how to program one of these things of the 01-02?? The dealer said it would take half an hour and charge me for the labor!!
So, any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks in advance!

See if this works:
To program it you have to do the following...
1. Open the driver side door & then hit the lock button so all the doors lock and the security light comes on.
2. Unlock just the drivers side door so the security light now goes off.
3. Now do this 3 times - insert your key in the ignition and turn it to right before you would start it and then take out the key. (If you don't take the key OUT each time, the system will just end up doing a check and be in programming mode.)
4. Now push the door switch (or close and open the door) 3 times.
5. The car should now beep once.
6. Press any button the remote 2 times.
7. The car should beep once again.
8. Wait 5 seconds and then the car should beep 4 times and then thats it!

Instructions were perfect except that you Do NOT remove the key (just on/off 3 times). Everything else worked out great! Thanks!
