Does any body know where i can get front fog lamps for
my MX3 J reg, I dont fancy payinf the £400 quoted my mazda
any third party manufactures would do but where do i buy them

Which specific lamps are you looking for?
There are many options available to you; you can check out a local wrecker/salvage/junk yard OR you can go to any auto mart i.e. Pep Boys,Western Auto, even Walmart may carry after market lamps.
Whatever you may choose, just be certain to thoroughly understand the electrical hookup to avoid any serious problems w/ short circuits, burnt fuses, or-worst case scenario-fire.

The fog lamps are already there but the lens is cracked
so i am looking for new ones to replace them, they are also slightly rusty so i thought i'd replace the whole units

Since you.ve already got lamps wired up, all you need to do is follow my earlier suggestion and once you've gotten the new or used lamps, it'll be a breeze since you already have the wiring and mounting holes all set.
