Need help trying to figure out why when I turn on the air, the compressor kicks in and then when I turn the speed up on the blower it turns off.....the fan blows cold air for a second and then starts to get warm again.

It sounds like the A/C might be low on freon.

I figured out that the resistor block for the blower motor was bad....(only speed 3 & 4 worked) The A/C feeds to speed one then series through the rest of the resistor block.Replaced for $5 from junk yard they wanted $34 at dealer, now A/C works great.
