My head lights and high beam won't come on. Pulling the lever will engage the high beam. I've found circuit breakers at 3 places- battery area,the other end of engine compartment and below the steering wheel BUT can't find any for the head lights. Can someone please help?

I just had the same trouble and it is an easy fix.
Under the hood, just beyonf the battery you can find two rubber sheathed relays sort of hanging. I believe it was the relay closest to the front of the car. Your symptoms are EXACTLY the same as mine so this should be it for you. Good Luck!
