Checked the Haynes manual which covers both the Ford probe and the 626, and it shows it on the front side of the TB assembly. On my vehicle, there is nothing there! Exactly 180 degrees on the other side there is "valve?" of some sort with two wires. Might this be the IAC?
BTW, I used a scanner to derive the P1506 code, which means IAC overspeed.
The car high idles at startup and triggers the check engine light.
I dont think the picture in the Haynes manual is correct....it must be for the Ford Probe.
