There is a small amount of oil leaking between the valve cover gasket and the distributor. I had the valve cover gasket changed already so I'm thinking the distributor. Is there an o ring seal on the distributor?

Be sure you use a torq wrench to torq the valve cover bolts to the proper in/lbs. I had the same problem with mine. It's very difficult, if not almost impossible, to torq the bolts down evenly by hand. I had a constant oil leak in different spots around my valve cover even though I tightened the bolts by hand as hard as I could (without snapping the bolt head off). Once I used an in/lb torq wrench at the proper setting to snug the bolts down--no more leak!
