We've got a Mazda technical engineer who is monitoring posts on our new Mazda-talk.com forum in order to get a feel as to what we, as mazda owners, are asking for in a vehicle and what our concerns are. I have already corresponded with him about my concerns [power,power,power] and he would like to hear what others have to say. I've told him that if they can't give us more power, then give us extreme torque. Anyways, if you'd like to get your message across to mazda, please post on mazda-talk.com. Here's what he had to say:
