it runs at 1500 rpm and when it goes to shift, it will just hang until 3000 rpm then it barely shifts. so far this has been intermittent, but it has always shifted hard which I now know is a common problem. Is the transmission ready to go or is there something that needs to be adjusted. thanks for any help.
