I just had a new starter put on the 86 RX-7 I own and 3 weeks later I am having trouble starting the car again. Smells like it is flooding out quickly. What can I do?

Might be the fuel regulator. My friends used to do that when he baught his, I don't think he ever found out what exactly it was because a few day later the Apex seals went and he replaced the whole motor.
