There are 4 small holes top and bottom of each side of the radio face. Remove cover plugs and insert a thin screwdriver blade. It will locate with a slot in a spring. When located, move screwdriver outwards to compress the spring. You may have to use two blades top and bottom at the same time. Repeat for other side. Unit will slide out a little at a time.
