hello all, im the newest Millenia owner

i have a couple of questions for you, answer them if you can.

1. Did BOSE come as an option in 1995?
2. I have a BOSE unit, but not BOSE speakers, is that a problem, or should it tell me something?
3. I didnt get a remote control with the car, should I have?
4. How do i find out if the car has an alarm? (The security light flashes when i turn the car of)

Thats all for the questions, now a slight problem i have encountered

The stereo display works, i can change the radio stations, but there is no sound coming from the speakers! When I bought the car yesterday, I drove home without sound, but when i started the car this morning, the stereo worked. Then i turned the car off and when i started it again, the sound was not there anymore, just like before

Can someone please explain or attempt to explain what can be causing this?

SORRY FOR THE LENGTHY POST, BUT THIS IS MY FIRST CAR, AND I WANT TO LEARN AS MUCH AS I CAN ABOUT IT

by the way if anyone is interested here's what my car has - 75k miles, leather, sunroof, dual power seats, heated seats and BOSE - got it for $3800

i have the anti fog lights but for some reason they dont turn on, can someone help with this problem?

To answer a few of your questions, or at least try.

1 Yes bose was an option.

2 If you dont have bose speakers it will not work. i forgot why, has something to do with ohms and wire config, read it somewhere on board.

3. remotes break and are really hard to replace for the 95. 96 on has a different remote.

4 if the security light goes on when you lock it, you have an alarm.

as far as fog lights, maybe you need new bulbs?

sounds like you got a decent car for a decent price. I have a 95 and paid a little more last year, and has a few more miles.

Thanks fellow Mazda owners, just got a 95 millenia S model with Miller Cycle Engine V6 DOHC in August 05,though it was ok but developed TCS problem after the engine was washed at a garage. despite several effort to get it restored by a technician prooved abortive as the TCS comes up whenever am about to overtake another vehicle thus imparing my speed. What could be done please?

2. What other spare parts model of Mazda could fits into the Milleniabrand as am fiding it difficult to get the original parts in my country.
