Hi all... I got a 1997 Protege LX with 70000 miles. At a standstill I got low idle on the engine (500 rpm or less), otherwise the car runs fine. This happened after a long road trip. The oil and air filters and the spark plugs have all been changed. Any suggestions? Thanks!

same problem here i checked everthing i havent found what cuasing the problem yet i checked computer for codes and got 121 throttle posion senor(tps) or curcit fault (tps)was out of range i replaced it I noticed a improvement in performance but still have the idle problem most say idle control senor may be the cuase but now in my case
