| Hi,
i just rebuilt the bottem end of a b2200 engine and I have
con rod endplay that is out of spec.
Should I be concerne?
Hows this going to effect the engine.

Oil pressure loss i would assume. |

the clearences are fine, im talking about the side to side
endplay betwwen the rod and the crankshaft throws.

Well the more it can move side to side the more wear you'll get on the piston skirts and pin,it would be prone to piston slap before it's time. |

well that makes sense. I was just worried it was the sort of thing that would make the engine destroy itself before I get it to the gas station.
