88 B2200 stalls when come to a complete stop

I have an '88 Mazda B2200 and it just recently started stalling at stop signs. I have never had this problem before. The idle speed seems fine when in neutral but when I place it in drive, I have to add gas to keep it from stalling?

Any suggestions?

Before I get started, we must consider that our vehicles are a little different, but...

I have the exact same problem with my 88 929. It doesn't stall until the engine has been running for a good 10 minutes, andonly in gear. I've done the following which seem to have helped a little:
1. Dumped some Fuel Injector cleaner in the gas tank
2. Techron
3. New plugs
4. Checked the wiring
5. Cleaned the throttle body the best I could ( black rubber hose is very difficult to remove considering it has to be air-tight when putting it back on )
6. And just a recomendation make sure ur battery is charged and your belt tensions are correctly tensioned

Otherwise if u get it fixed, post it on here, I'd really benefit from hearing what you did, thanx
