| My 626 broke down. The engines runs well. I can manage to go forward and backward for the first few minutes. then, when I try to shift gear, it stops working. I can't either go forward or backward although engine still runs.
Please help.

Time for another "professionally rebuilt" high quality Ford Tempo transmission. I assume you have an auto transmission. If you 626 is an early or mid 90's model, youcan bet it is the transmission.
