You are right, this web site is not the brightest bulb in the house. Very frustrating, very inept web master, sorry to say but true. There should be separate sections for various Mazda models. I hate sifting thru questions about B2000 (whatever the hell that is) looking for info on Millenias. I hate this site but it's like a bad accident - you slow down to take a peek even though you just cursed the jerks up ahead for rubbernecking and slowing you down. And so you keep coming back here just to see if it is really as bad as you remember. It is, no wait, it's now worse.

How do you propose they do it?Some posts are untitled, some just say HELP,or they search through the post for "key words" and you type "click" and in a post it's called a "clunk" so you might miss it!I see a lot of problems!

Oh, and then there's the situation where there is three different suggestions to fix a problem and the original poster doesn't give us the courtesy of letting us know what happened!

I'd rather take my chances searching with keywords, phrases, etc. of my own choosing, than to try to read 10,000 messages. I least I could search for "626" or "fuse".

There should be message title standards, such as model - year - problem/description, e.g.:
626 LX 1990 Climate Fan: replace resistor?

That why, I can skip any message not related to my model or similar years. At present, messages with titles like "revving engine" tell us nothing!

I agree absolutely { as would most people using this forum} that having that capability would be a huge step forward! I'm not sure how you would go about making it happen, but it's definitely worth looking into!As with most things it's "the wheel that squeaks the most that gets the most oil!" So the occassional "whingeing poster" probably wo'nt have much effect on the Administrators, if indeed they are human beings at all!!

Barry, we're both blind! I've just had a look around, and in "Report Abuse" you will find a heading "Network 54 Premier", if you login and give them your credit card no and pay a small price per month you will have access to, amongst other things, a "full text search engine"!! So they have got one and has anybody used it? Don't know how much benefit it would be to one time or very occassional users! Probably more benefit to regulars to help these people!
