how to adjust idle speed for mazda protege 93

Hello guys, I believe my car's idle speed is too low. I can not start the car, and the car stops frequently while I was driving. The battery is ok. Can anybody give me some ideas, thanks a lot.

My 92 mazda Protege LX had an idle adjustment screw on the throttle body. Yous probably has the same screw.
