I replaced the water pump, ran the car with and without thermostat, replaced the fan cluch. I checked the timing of the car and nothing was wrong, the timing was correct.I also took the radiator off, sprayed the inside with a pressure washer, radiator is working fine. But the car still OVERHEATS

anybody have any clues what could be wrong!!!

Is still the radiator. At that age, if it probably needs to be rodded, that is get a radiator shop to take it apart, clean out each water passage with a long poking device and reassemble. Problem with the pressure washer is that it will only clean out a few of the many passages.

Other suspect could be the temp gauge or sender, if theres no other symptoms of overheating other than gauge position, or perhaps a wrong or stuffed radiator cap.
