I'm buy a b2200 any year from 1987 to 1992. is there anything I should know before getting one something to look for ? Any problems with a certain year ?

These are great trucks, especially the ones built between 1986 and 1993 (I own a '86 B2000), they are good looking, reliable and long lasting. The only downside would be their carburetors which are junk. You could go for a B2600i fuel injected and there's a B2200i (fuel injected also) but it was only sold in California. Or if you buy a carbureted model with the OEM Nikki carburetor you could swap it for an aftermarket one such as Holley or Weber.
