I cannot get my B2300 to start-
It ran fine when it was last parked.
The battery ran down and I needed to jump it, it sat for a couple of months.
I recently replaced the fuel pump.
When I shoot starting fluid into the throttle body it fires but just kinda chugs. I don't believe it is getting any fuel. Is there a way to check this?
I have also read where it may be an inexpensive fuel pump relay. Can this be checked, and where the heck is it, what does it look like?
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

I also checked the fuel pump shut-off switch. I was afraid I may have backed into it with my Chevy Full Size when parking. It was not tripped as far as I can tell. I also located the fuel pump relay in the under the hood main fuse box. It is #25 I believe. It makes a quick electrical sparking sound then I hear a click somewhere else. I am taking the relay to see if it can be tested. ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?
