Hi! My 95 mazda protege 1.5 problem is that car engine stalls a lott!
Egr is ok and working.Im using 89 gas and timing is done and tune up complete whith OEM parts only!
Now I read that EVAP SYSTEM????can allso cose the stalling problem?I dont have a tools and how match is the testin on autoshop?any help is welgome im stukk whit this stalling problem for two years! thank you:)

Whatever the problem is, it's not the charcoal canister. Also, unless you have some friend that works at a dealership, stop buying parts at the dealer unless they don't exist in auto parts stores. Most of us have used aftermarket parts for years with no more problems than dealer parts only users. Some will last longer but not worth the price difference. Please read about the parts you replace them. You're going to spend money galore.

Some of the 95 mazda proteges that were built had faulty valve springs. The would go bad well before they were supposed to. To fix the problem have all 16 of the valve spring replaced.
