Has anyone ever repaired their supercharger for their millenia.....I am currently in the process of repairing mines...my car only has 125,000 kms...
is it normal for it to fail after a 100,000 kms or more...Also how much does one cost....

What I heard was the Supercharge can't be repaired, the only way is to replace it, and the dealer will cost you 6000~7000 US dollars for a new one, but I don't heard any trouble for a 6 years car, so you don't have to warry about that for next two years.

I have the oil leakage problem on my millenia 2.3. I believe and many others on the internet believe it is the supercharger. There is a company who claims they can repair them. They even have some remanufactured in stock for millenias around 1300 if I recall correctly.
I even read a forum entry from one of the guys that works there. He says the usual problem with these is the oil washers and bearings not the main parts. So I will try to fix it my self.
Do you also see oil when you remove the front intercooler? Also mine smokes quite a bit in the mornings, especially after a cold night.
Let me know how it goes. I have read a bit about this problem so maybe we can help each other and maybe some others. By the way my neighbour has a newer 2.3 and it also smokes in the mornings.
