I own an 86 626LE and lately, there has been an electrical buzzing and crackling sound coming from my instrument panel which happens when I reach 2K RPM in any gear. Also, all the warning lights (Shift up, low gas, oil, tail, etc) are all lit up when I start the car, and when I reach 2k RPM, they flicker a whole bunch and the buzzing starts.
Any idea what this could be?
