I have a 96 Mazda Millenia and the front end started to shake one day after 1600 dollars later it still shakes i replaced all the bushings on the front the struts, springs, upper control arms lower control arms, the only thing that hasnt been replaced is the tie rod ends and balljoints but they seem to be fine. When i accelerate it shakes like some is tapping something else. Does anyone have any questions I need my car back....

Bent wheel,........
or bad tire.....tires can be out of round from factory or due to trauma can develop a weak spot in the belt construction. this producs a "soft" spot in the tire. This happens when the steel belt weave begins to seperate.
I have a 2000 and found a slightlt out of roun wheel was my issue. Rimpro will straighten one for $100 plus postage.

Inner CV joints, when defective, will cause shake on acceleration. A defective hib/bearing can also cause vibration. You could have a problem with the steering rack as well.

I have a 98 doing the same thing and was told it is a egr valve. It seems to me that it is not a frontend problem but an engine problem. When accelerating shift into nuetral and it goes away. Does the car have a slight hesitation when starting out? Is your check engine light on? Ill let you know more later.

How are you going to grease it when there aren't any grease fittings?

my 95 had all of the above problems at one time or another.CV joints will show up often when going over dips and you hear that tumbling sound. And yes,the inner joint will act up on acceleration. A constant whamp whamp whamp whamp sound is usually the tires and that can be caused by a bent rim that will still be there after a new rim is installed because the tire is deformed. A whirrring or roarring sound is most likely a wheel bearing, Cheapest solution is a spindale from a junkyard. After 307,000 miles i have learned these things...sometimes the hard way. hope this helps .
