I am trying to access both the right and left side knock sensors on a '93 929. I haven't been able to locate them from the top or the bottom of the engine and don't like to start removing items and then find out there was an easier way. Has anyone replaced these before?

I tried replacing the drivers side knock sensor. It's between the motor mount and exhaust manifold... Quite inaccesible.
Going to take it to a shop now. It's a 2.5 hr job by Mazda rates.
The other knock sensor is underneath the intake manifold and such at the top of the motor. Seems easier to get at, but mine is still good so I won't bother.
