My 88 mx6's blower wont turn on

I have a, 88 MX6 and the blower wont work. I checked it and it works but theres not power to the switch. I was wondering if there is some sort of relay and where i can find it. thanks.

The switch goes to ground through a resistor block that's in series with the minus lead of the blower motor. There's a possibility that the resistor block is bad. It's located in the air plenum close to the blower motor and behind the glovebox. There's an access door for it on the plenum.

(It's common in cars for switching to be done on the ground side)
